Communications from the Mayor:

Mayor Szymanski – requests Council approval of resolution authorizing the mayor to enter into an agreement with Bolton-St. Johns, LLC to provide legislative and regulatory representation in New York State .  

Communications from the Council:

Council Member Noman   - request the Council direct the city clerk to advertise for bids to sell city vacant land at the Martin Road Development to any real estate or home building companies.

Council Member Noman -   requests the transfer of $150,000 from general fund to code A3620.466 Demolition of Buildings, plus an additional $20,000 in this year's budget for the demolition of various city owned properties.

Communications from Department/Division Heads:

City Assessor – submits an ordinance for council approval and recommends the Council sell parcel of land located at 46 Milnor for the cost of $3,000 plus closing costs, purpose is renovation of home.

City Assessor – submits ordinance for council approval, recommends council sell parcel of property, deemed unbuildable, located at 15 Colton to FGWI Corporation for the cost of $1500 plus closing costs, purpose is future expansion.

City Assessor – advises the Council of offer received by Halla Property Management for purchase of 48 Steelawanna for $3,000.   Assessor recommends not to sell property for purchase offer, assessed value $31,000.

City Assessor – advises the Council of an offer received by Omar Saleh to purchase property located at 33 Bethlehem St. for purchase offer of $8,000.   City Assessor recommends   not to sell property for purchase offer, assessed value $50,400.

Comm. of Public Works – advises the Council of a notice from NYSDOT notifying the city of   structural damage of the Ridge Road Bridge at Rosary over the Buffalo and Pittsburg Railroad.

Communications from Citizens:

Lackawanna School Clerk – requests use of Bocce Court building for the special election to be held on Tuesday, March 27, 2012, purpose improvements to Truman School .

Resolutions:

 A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Bolton-St. Johns, LLC to provide legislative and regulatory representation to the city of Lackawanna.

Ordinances:

An ordinance authorizing the sale of property located at 46 Milnor to Lance Wojda for the purchase offer of $3,000 plus the survey and closing costs.

An ordinance authorizing the sale of property located at 15 Colton to FGWI Corporation for the purchase offer of $1400 plus all survey and closing costs.
