STORMWATER MANAGEMENT
The City of Lackawanna and a number of communities in Western New York have joined together to develop a Stormwater Management Program to protect our waterways and enhance our quality of life. The goal of the Coalition is to utilize regional collaboration to identify existing resources and develop programs to reduce the negative impacts of stormwater pollution. Rental Unit Dwelling Registration
The City of Lackawanna has adopted a Rental Unit Dwelling Registration Law. If you are the owner of a rental unit you must register your unit or units. Attached is the law and application which needs to be returned in person to Lackawanna City Hall, 714 Ridge Rd. Lackawanna, NY 14218, Room 311.
