RESIDENTIAL:
minimum residential - $25
complete original electrical
two family dwelling - $50
COMMERCIAL:
< 25,000 watts - $50
25,000 - 50,000 watts - $100
> 50,000 watts - $200
Fire Alarm Systems - $1.50 per station, $20 minimum
PLUMBING PERMITS
all plumbers MUST be licensed by the City of Lackawanna
(APPLICATION FOR PLUMBING PERMIT)
FILING FEE: $17.00
1-5 fixtures - $4 per
6-10 fixtures - $3 per
10 + fixtures - $2 per
BUILDING PERMITS
(APPLICATION FOR BUILDING PERMIT)
RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION:
< 1,000 sq ft - $40
1,001-2,000 sq ft - $70
> 2,001 - $100
each additional 1,000 sq ft - $10
RESIDENTIAL REPAIRS & ALTERATIONS:
up to $5,000 value - $10
each $1,000 thereafter - $2
FENCE PERMITS
$20 Fee
No fence shall be higher than 6 feet and must meet criteria for placement. Survey required. Call Engineering office for specifications.
