This change allows customers to park on the North Side of Jackson Street during the dinner hours. Also, for the months of April thru December I would like to recommend parking only on the North Side of Jackson Street. This would give businesses four additional spots of parking during the summer months. Your consideration in passing this ordinance is greatly appreciated. Section 215.43 “Parking, Standing and Stopping Restrictions is hereby amended to include the following: Jackson Street On the North Side: No Parking from Sunday 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm Wednesday On the South Side: No Parking from Wednesday 4:00 pm to Sunday 6:00 pm From April 15 th to December 1 st Parking on North Side Only. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. Moved by Jaworski, seconded by Szymanski to adopt the Traffic Ordinance as written. Yeas: Noman, Szymanski, Kulczyk, Schiavi, Jaworski CARRIED 5-0 Sale of Property to NRP Group: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE/TRANSFER OF PROPERTY PURSUANT TO MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 107. BE IT ENACTED by the City Council of Lackawanna, New York as follows: SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby approves of the transfer of property known as SBL 141.11-1-6, 141.11-1-36.1, 141.43-2-26.1 and 141.43—4-2.11 to MRP Group, LLC. SECTION 2. That the transfer is made for the sum of $15,500.00 cash to the City of Lackawanna . The deed shall contain a reverter providing for a reversion to the City unless the deed is recorded in the Erie County Clerk's Office within 30 days of its delivery. SECTION 3. That the purchaser/transferee shall be responsible or expenses related to the transfer other than those specifically belonging to the City of Lackawanna . SECTION 4. That the Law Department shall prepare documents to be executed for the transfer of the property. THIS ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY ONLY AFTER THE APPROVAL AND SIGNATURE OF THE MAYOR.
