ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS - DPW REHABILITATION PROJECT

Sealed bids for furnishing and delivery of materials to be incorporated into the project and furnish all labor, equipment and tools for the Department of Public works Building Rehabilitation Project. Bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. on September 16, 2010 at the City Clerks Office, Lackawanna City Hall, 714 Ridge Road, Room 215, Lackawanna, New York 14218.

Specifications and Instructions to bidders may be examined at the City Clerks Office and the Office of the Engineer. Copies of the Specifications and instructions must be obtained from TVGA Consultants, 1000 Maple Ro9ad, Elma, New York 14059-0264 upon payment of $100 per set, which shall be in the form of two (2) checks each for $50. Checks should be made payable to the City of Lackawanna
